Three-minute lessons · Claude at work

Three minutes.
Your real work.
No lecture.

Short, plain-spoken lessons that show you how to use Claude on the job you already do. A few minutes a week, and you'll use it with confidence on your real work.

Level 0 is free. No jargon. No homework. Nobody grading you.

How it goes

One idea per lesson, shown more than told. You try it on your own work before you close the tab.

  1. Three minutes, one idea

A picture, a few lines, one thing to try. Done before your coffee cools.

  2. Try it on your real work

Every lesson ends with one line to type into Claude, about your actual job. Not a made-up company.

  3. Keep a gentle rhythm

One lesson a week keeps it going. Prefer a daily streak? Switch any time, or pause. Nothing resets while you're away.

Six levels.
Start at zero.

Levels are just a way to see how far you've come. Each one is a handful of three-minute lessons.

  1. 0

Open Claude, ask plainly, and read the answer with a sharp eye.

    • Free
  2. 1

Emails, summaries, rewrites, and the small stuff that eats your afternoon.

    • Free
  3. 2

Set Claude up with your files and your context, so you stop repeating yourself.

    • Paid course, coming later
  4. 3

Hand off bigger jobs, then check what comes back like a good manager would.

    • Paid course, coming later
  5. 4

Plug Claude into your calendar, Slack and email, with you deciding what it can touch.

    • Paid course, coming later
  6. 5

Set up the routine you only build once, then show the people around you how.

    • Paid course, coming later

Levels 0 and 1 are free. The rest is a paid course, coming later. Nobody checks your ID at the door.

Built for people
with real jobs

Not engineers. Not “power users.” People with a full inbox and a boss who has heard about AI.

D

Denise, 54

Office manager

Keeps a twelve-person office running: vendors, schedules, supplies, the printer that hates everyone. She wants routine emails and meeting notes to take less of her day.

Starts at
Level 0: Getting started
A first small win
A polite, firm note to a vendor who missed a delivery, in two minutes flat.
M

Marcus, 41

Sales manager

Runs a team of reps and a calendar full of calls. He wants follow-ups drafted and call notes summarised before the next meeting, not at 9 p.m.

Starts at
Level 1: Everyday asks
A first small win
A clean follow-up email built from his rough call notes.
P

Priya, 36

HR generalist

Handles job posts, policy updates and the hard conversations. She needs to know what is fine to share with Claude and what stays in the locked drawer.

Starts at
Level 0: What not to paste
A first small win
A clear, human job post rewritten from a stiff old one.
